THE FOUR STARS HELP REPRESENT AND PROMOTE THE GENERALS AT SCHOOLS, CHARITY EVENTS, GAME DAYS, AND OTHER PUBLIC APPEARANCES.  THEY ASSIST WITH ON-FIELD GAMES, BALL PARK ACTIVITIES, AND INTERACT WITH THE CROWD.

General Information:

• Ladies must arrive for home games 1 hour prior to game start time.
• Ladies will participate in home games, community events, and other related functions.
• You must be at least 18 years old by June 1, 2010 to apply.
• If selected, a contractual commitment of 3 months (June, July, and August) is required. After contract is signed, a Star cannot back out unless she pays for the cost of her full uniform, $500.

Uniform:

• Basic uniform is provided (baseball jersey, shorts, boots, and belt).
• Ladies are responsible for maintaining their uniform. Uniform must be kept clean at all times. Any articles lost or damaged must be paid for by the Star.
• Boots and belt will be kept at the Victoria Generals office and brought to the games and functions for each Star.
• No piece of the uniform can be worn at any time other than official Victoria Generals functions.
• No piercings other than ears can be worn with Star uniform.

Compensation:

• Stars are paid $25 per home game and $8 per hour for outside functions.

Additional Conditions and Requirements:

• No smoking is allowed in uniform EVER.
• Stars are not allowed to drink at any Victoria Generals related function.
• Stars are expected to always conduct themselves like ladies. NO EXCEPTIONS.
